EPAC 220
Still not sure of what it is, you can't really read the tag on it.
Edit: Thanks to Joseph for finding the model number and manufacture!

with my camera Zoom you would even be able to read tags and even wattage of lamps if the lamp is visible!
gailgrove   [Nov 01, 2010 at 09:24 PM]
Its not the camera, I use a descent camera but since I didn't have a tripod to hold it steady and didn't really try to get a great picture.
GullWhiz   [Nov 01, 2010 at 09:29 PM]
No your camera is perfectly fine and no you did not need a tripod.....what you need is a 12X OPTICAL zoom......
gailgrove   [Nov 01, 2010 at 09:32 PM]
Yeah this camera only has 4X however my dads has 18X Shocked but at that zoom it is way to blurry Rolling Eyes
GullWhiz   [Nov 01, 2010 at 09:37 PM]
Is ti 18x optical or digital zoom? Digital Zoom is NOT a good feature at all....digital zoom just enlarges pixels.....also someimes if you Zoom you need to press the shutter halfway to focus the lens........it does analyzing the perspective...also highr MP camera can help.....my camera is 12 MP
gailgrove   [Nov 01, 2010 at 09:43 PM]
Yep its 18X digital zoom and granted its not very good, the camera I used here just beats your at 12.1 MP
GullWhiz   [Nov 01, 2010 at 10:02 PM]
12.1 sounds like you have a Sony camera? Dude.....12X optical zoom will make a even if you had a lower MP but higher OPTICAL zoom....wow!...that still beats a 16 MP camera with 4x optical zoom because it gives more details from a distance.....
gailgrove   [Nov 01, 2010 at 10:04 PM]
Yep its a Sony Cyber-shot 12.1 MP and 4 times optical zoom.
GullWhiz   [Nov 01, 2010 at 10:24 PM]
Then its same....sonly usually does digits numbers to be exact other companies rounds off.....

Hey Niall do you have the original pic before you resized it? If you do I might be able to read the tag. My guess is that it says "Powerlite Devices Manufacturing Co. Limited" but I'm not sure just from looking at the pic.
GullWhiz   [Nov 02, 2010 at 03:45 AM]
oh speaking of resizing....resizing lowers the MP Wink
gailgrove   [Nov 02, 2010 at 11:59 AM]
I know it does but I can't upload them here if I don't resize Wink
And I might have the original around some where but I'll have to see.
joe_347V   [Aug 04, 2011 at 04:53 AM]
I finally found out who made this and the model and it's not Powerlite Laughing

It's a EPAC Type 220 Posttop!
gailgrove   [Aug 04, 2011 at 01:53 PM]
Interesting, I some how doubt they sell a lot of these lights Shocked
streetlight98   [Aug 04, 2011 at 08:39 PM]
How come you doubt that?
gailgrove   [Aug 04, 2011 at 08:43 PM]
I haven't see any of these that are new, plus I think the TwistPak eliminated a lot of these that where mercury, it's a better design anyway.
joe_347V   [Aug 04, 2011 at 09:21 PM]
Yeah I've haven't seen a lot of these myself too, the twistpaks and other posttops are more common that this. I was surprised that they were still made too.
