I've warmed up to the Dura 3000 somewhat. Not the 2000 though.....

I will NEVER warm up to any light made of fiber glass

awwwww niall don't be so stiff...its the tree that bends that doesn't break.
i Prefer Metal (Aluminimum mostly) however fiberglass does have benifits.
1.its lightweight, should make for a pretty easy install.
2.since the color is impregnated into the material theres no paint to gradually fade off.
3.it Doesn't corrode.
however it's not the strongest thing in the world.

I don't like painted cobra heads, and aluminium is rather lightweight anyways, plus aluminum won't shatter in cold weather.

If it was offered in other colors, I would be happier.

We have a lot of fiberglass poles in my area.....and I've seen broken fiberglass poles myself.....that's how I had my first HPS lamp in the winter.....
