Looks like the NEMA tag on the 115 is a cooper. The ones usually used on a cooper light. Is there a tag under the 40 NEMA tag? (like a 25)

Yes there is a 25 tag under the 40 one, its not a "Cooper" tag but a Electromark one, Cooper use to use them.
