125's Side by Side
Here are both my 125's side by side, the one on the left is a 250 watt HPS FCO and the one on the right is a SCO 250 watt one, as you can see there aren't a huge number of differences but there are a few, try to name as many as you can!

The one on the left has no grey paint because its a Street Side Fixture. That 125 is just like the Street side 115 that Geoff showed us.

I wonder how well that 125's light distributes.

4 bolt slipfitter on the right and 2 bolt on the right!

There are screws in the holes that are supposed to be for the power pad versions on the right and no screws on the left.

Your all right Laughing

The ballast in the FCO one doesn't say AEL on it.
gailgrove   [Apr 08, 2011 at 10:03 PM]
Yep its an Advance ballast, the "AEL" ballast seems like its almost the same ballast so I suspect the're still made by Advance.

CEO of AEL: "Little label change, and they won't know the difference" Laughing

Yes, this light.

It kind of looks like the FCO 125 has a replacement ballast, because of the wirenuts and the ignitor. Not sure though. What are the dates on these lights?

And also my (busted) 125 is most similar to the one on the right, except mine has a 4 bolt slipfitter and mine had an open board ignitor, not enclosed. And the FOC grey paint on mine.
gailgrove   [Aug 08, 2011 at 06:39 PM]
It's not a replacement, Powerlite actually used wirenuts when they built their lights and I'm guessing AEL did at one point.
LilCinnamon   [Aug 08, 2011 at 06:48 PM]
Still what are the dates?
gailgrove   [Aug 08, 2011 at 06:50 PM]
The FCO one is from 2003 and the SCO one is from 2005.
Truckersboy2010   [Mar 02, 2012 at 12:56 AM]
the ignitor, the refractor, the infold sockets, the clamps, the ballasts, the one on the right has steps in it, different compasitors, and the one on the lefts information is on the far bottom while the one on the right is just above the ballast....
gailgrove   [Mar 02, 2012 at 01:51 AM]
Yep! The only thing the same is the location of the ballast and terminal blocks and the latch.

I WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????? Question Question Question Question
oh and i left out something the back of the lights where the arm goes in is made different two idk if the one on the right has that shield thing or if its made like that like the modle 115
gailgrove   [Mar 04, 2012 at 06:30 PM]
Well everyone else had technically already said those things. Wink Anyways you did get all of them, as for the slipfitter the older one has a four bolt one and the newer one has the 2 bolt version, both are still option. The four bolt grips the arm better for high vibration areas and the two bolt installs quicker and easier.
