My M-250R's Information Labels
Yeah... The M-250R had two labels stuck on top of each other. Fortunately I was able to peel them apart from one another. I reglued the bottom one back in (since it was the one that was visible all those years) and taped the second one up on display.

I wonder why it had two tags, they both have the same info on them too.

Yeah it's weird. The tags were stuck on top of each other too. At first I thought maybe they stuck the wrong label on so I unattached them and turns out they're identical labels. Notice how they left the primary volts blank and how confusing the wiring diagram is. Back then I don't think 240V with 120v PC receptacle was a standard offering so they probably didn't have tags for it. I've seen tags that say the fixture is 120X240V but that's also misleading since the ballast itself is just a 240V choke.

I was thinking that too but then I saw both tags had the exact same thing on them. Razz I suppose they could have stamped 120V PC/240v BALLAST on the tag if there was more space.

Yeah I know on the Cooper tags, under PRI. VOLTS it would say 240 and then under PCR VOLTS it would say 120.
