This pole had AE 125`s but since the city is replacing the intersection this is a newer pole. I do still suspect this pole is going to be removed from the looks of it. There is a small spot dug out in front of the pole.

interesting, I wonder if this is a recent concrete base spot replacement. Never seen a base reused in replacement sets. From what I've seen they might put an independent short pole for the signal infront.

BTW, this isn't a retrofit. If they had made the 125s LED that would be a retrofit. In this instance that simply replaced the fixtures.

Maybe they will add another shorter pole in front for a new signal. I meant more retrofitting it onto the old pole so to speak

I know Toronto occasionally reuses pole bases. I've seen Polefabs get replaced with octagonal poles with the same base.
