Heres another shot of the new AEL Autobahns. Sad to see the OV-15's and the remaining 2 CGE's. All the new intersection upgrades since April have been using the AEL Autobahns. Autobahns, NVN's and GE Evolves are all the LED cobraheads that have been installed in this city so far to date. The pedestrian signals are also only about a year and a half old too
I'm making the call that this AE Autobahn is officially Brampton's go to fixture of 2016!
It is poppingup on widening of Countryside Dr and Torbram Rd in the north. They use the same fixture body for all intensities: 400W equiv uses 8 squares, and 250W equiv uses 6 squares. And some have black glare shields too now, just like the Centre street Cooper NVNs.
Ah, if you're talking about Kennedy Rd NORTH of Mayfield, that is not part of Brampton, so don't count those ones. I think it is the battle of the same 2 brands for major roadways in Brampton, Cooper (aka Eaton?) VS Amercian Electric (aka acuity brands?).
There was work going on here for a month because a sink hole was gonna open up. The pole has a dent in it and somehow one of the lights is tilted lol. It could have been deliberate but why.
