A rare sight of a B2255 and CGE signal. This B2255 had dayburned before, at that point I wondered if it was going to be replaced. My city will replace lights just because they are old and have minimal problems.
So far this is the only pole at each corner with both the CGE and B2255. I think the signal is going first looking at the pattern im seeing. The 2 shorter arms with plumbized CGEs are still there but the B2255s are now OVXs. The other B2255 that isnt seen in this photo has a plumbized Fortran. (used to be hanger CGE).
UPDATE: Atleast 1 median pole has shown up here. I wonder if they are transferring some of the lights to the median. So far only the North Side has a tall median pole. The pole is the same height as the pole seen in this picture. They transferred the existing signal onto it. (North side would be the left side of the photo)
Im amazed both the CGE hanger signal (ultra rare now) and the B2255 are still here. The city came here and replaced all the LED modules again. Sadly the intersections lost its originality due CGE replacements and the B2255's being replaced.
I guess there goes another one. It's been a while since I saw a CGE out in the wild to be honest esepcially since North York got rid of their LED 12-8-8s. I've only seen pedestrian signals and a couple of beacons left.
