Nice find! I haven't seen one since Markham converted to LED. I'm not sure if these were made in HPS so if it's HPS there's a high chance it got retrofitted.

Yeah they seem to have been very common in rural ontario along with AE 13's, Unidors, and AE 113's. Except almost every small town I see LED conversions its those Cree LED's.

Yeah I don't recall these ever being made in HPS, though the larger 400W version may have been offered in 400W HPS briefly before it was discontinued in favor of the Unidor, which was far less popular.
