Finally see the streetview for what i swore to have been an entire subdivision in a west toronto lakeshore neighbourhood retrofitted with LED's. In the spring crew(s) came and replaced all the HPS cobras with Phillips Hadco RX2's. Im beginning to wonder if when Toronto converts to LED they will use these in mass.
