GE Chromafit, CMH400/830/U
Partial leaker I removed while it was on (for an hour) literally melted part of my cheap glove lol, and when I stuck in the sleeve it smoked a little! Anyways this lamp was dim about 1/4 as bright as the one next to it, running on a regular 400W HPS ballast

i can tell this is a cooper light from the tacky angled socket also found in the OVH lol. interesting how these partially leak and continue to work. I have a Philips version of this.

the angled socket does look a little ugly I will admit lol.

yeah it make the socjet look like it can't support the weight of the lamp lol.

There is a store that has these same style fixtures but has the support for the BT knob

I'm thinking the reason for the angle is so they can make the bracket with the least amount of metal possible and still have the arc tube centered. It looks a little tackey though IMO.

These fixtures are too crammed, the EMCO fixtures have a lot more space and disconnect plugs and the hardware is much better..like they planned for a ballast change out
