Sylvania sure made some unique lamps back in their day! I'm pretty sure I've also seen the 34w version, although on here or LG, not in person, that's for sure.
@streetlight98: This was one of a few early names used for warm white tri-phosphor fluorescent lamps. Sylvania also used the name “Color-Brite.” GE used the name “Regal White.”
