Oh I hear you man, but I also challege myself and use lower ISO but do something to reduce or prevent movement of camera....like using a magentic bottom and attach it to a car (better use your own!) Or use a small sized tripod......I experement and try different ways....
Never seen a building like that before! I don't thinks it's really beautiful, but it's interesting to look at. looks like a ship with the cables and mast on the roof lol.
