Heres a photo of a subdivision in 1981 in my city taken at This corner. The first OV-15 was replaced by a R47 at somepoint in the late 90's or early 2000s, my guess. I noticed the shoeboxs that were also a common install in this area.They too on that stretch have been replaced a long time ago. I also think I see two of the flash beacons in the photo too. Amazing you found this! I've never seen a construction photo of our area from the early 80's! My neighbourhood is from 1982, and uses this OV-15 set up too.
