Have you tried reporting it? They probably don't know about it.

I reported it once before and nothing happened.

Try again. When I report NGrid lights out if they don't fix it I report it again and they usually get it the second time around. The NGrid online form for Street Light Outages has been down for over a month now though. They give a 1-800 number to call (customer service) to report lights out but I haven't bothered.
