Tapered Elliptical Arm with a GE Form 400
This is missing a glass. I noticed this a few years ago. Haven't passed this during the night though.

Wonder if the Glass was Busted out or it Simply Fell off.

Full cut-off clamshell. This should keep those DSA loons happy.

They have to HPS and FCO everything. I'm willing to bet they have MH flood lights in there parkinglot too.

How old is the arm? I bet it's newer than the clamshell.
All they need is an M-400 R2 glass and this Clamshell will be as good as new!
