Old meets New!

This is happening currently in Southern part of I-95 just north of the Capital Beltway. They are making a new freeway that will be for local, called the Route 200. Now I do not know if they are planning to replace every metal halide high masts in I-95 but they did replace some HPS highmasts with new HPS ones in Baltimore City area, including the ones that were TWO times taller.

Also near my house in intersection of route 216 and I-95 they have been working on that intersection, now I am seeing new wiring on the ramps that supposedly are for a row of cobraheads...maybe they plan to remove some and keep some? Beats me? Maybe new LED test? beats me, there's only 4 bolts with 2 thick pipes every 15 feet or so on the ramps...
