These are "shoebox" fixtures. Way to common in parking lots here lol.

I wasn't sure if I could call it by that name because the "shoebox" might be a name of a concrete type.
Now I see it's the same as with cobraheads.

ah yeah shoebox is just a generic term like cobrahead.
