Cooper HPS fixture retrofitted to Mercury vapor.
I retrofitted a $35 mini yard blaster type thing from lowes into Mercury. It is much brighter and the light qualitiy beats the yucky yellow color of HPS. The new lamp is a GE H38JA-100/DX from the 80s.

I remember my very first mv fixture was a Regent ( now cooper ) yard blaster. I was so excited to finally have a way to fire a mv lamp. Lol

Heh, my first HID fixture was also a 175w merc yard blaster. It came with the 9" bucket but I replaced it shortly after I got it with a 12" bucket.

Update: the ballast has shorted Sad and the fixture was replaced with the NEMA bucket I recently posted.
