Late 90s maybe? Incandescent blacklight flood bulb

I got this at the restore for 50¢. Whats so unique about this bulb, that it doesn't have a reflector inside, just clear. Plus, it has a "C" shaped filament inside. I'm thinking its late 90s, that this bulb was made at the time (correct me if I'm wrong). But yeah, it was a great find!
