Plus I also find out that these can track you by Bluetooth within 5ft. in the store. So make sure that the Bluetooth on your phone is off, when you go to a Target store.

The lights themselves don't/can't track you...that is done on your phone...
...and from my understanding only if you have the Target app installed and active.
That is true. I don't have the app, which is good.
Some Bluetooth LED fixtures that you can dim by using an app on your phone. Its better if you put a dimmer control on the fixture, if the lamp or ballast/driver is dimmable.
Now, probably the Target near me (which is the Tomball one) probably has these LED "smart" troffers as well. I haven't seen it but probably.

I don't have the app either .. I was gonna get their 'Cartwheel' app, but when I tried it said it wasn't compatible with my phone
I've seen bulbs (& have one) that are controllable with bluetooth...In a way a fixture with the option would be cool, but I'd still want a normal simmer-switch.
And I noticed earlier this year that Home Depot had a shoplight with built-in bluetooth speakers
I believe I saw targets having these a while back before I moved away from here, though the target closest to you (Bowles and Cross I believe) last I saw still had the florescent, but I haven't been in that store since a ways before I moved out of Colorado (and haven't been there since moving back) so it's probably upgraded.
I noticed how target loves the soft white lights in their stores. I guess it fits their red scheme, they barely ever use cool white or daylight lamps for any type of fixture.
@Lil'Cinnamon:
That one on Bowles converted last year along with some remodeling.
The various others - Lucent/County-Line/Lincoln/Riverpoint/Bel-Mar all did in the past year or two as well (not sure about the Parker store, been awhile since I was last there) (and I can't remember about the one on Arapahoe when I went in Jan)

And yeah, I think the warm-white fits better with Target's theme.
Sorta like the cooler colors (4100k/5000k) fits well with wal-marts gray/blue theme
@lightingfan8902:
The LEDs here in Colorado look 3500k. Some of the fluorescents they had were 3000k (but most stores had been converted over to 3500k before going LED)
Well the LED fixtures in my area, like you said are 3500K. But some of them are around 4100K or so. Even those new LED high masts they're putting up around 4100K.
Target when they were around here all used 3500K T8s.
They retreated Canada in 2015 so depending on the store that took over the vacated Target store, some kept the lights while some did a full gut and remodel.
