Here's a shot of the finished signal cap painted and mounted with the finial onto my Ornamental Eagle signal. Since I had two of these finials I made another set of caps although I'm not sure which signal I'm mounting it on. The finial is a just a regular curtain rod finial, there's a short 1" piece of 3/4" diameter aluminium that I threaded that serves as a nut and as a spot for the finial to mount to.
