A loner merc in Colorado Springs, should be 175w MV, is my guess, no NEMA tag.

Look at the wooden pole...there should be wattage label on wooden poles....on older setup in my area there are metal tag with wattage on the pole nailed onto it...

I've seen older streetlights with reflective and color coded labels on the lower housing.
