im Pretty sure its Sturdy enough to survive you shaking the pole a little bit.
the Slipfitter is probably much tighter than you think it is...so its not likely to come off from the Pole being shaken.
and besides..that would be considered Destruction of Public Property and Vandelism.
I'm not sure how you could "juggle" a pole but I guess you meant shake, as Devonte said it would no doubt stay up there, as it has for the last 40 years or so, don't forget the wind shakes poles a lot, but the fixtures don't just fall off
I've seen the remains of an M-400 the fell when the pole rotted and the light was still on the slipfitter. Even after the whole pole fell! the bracket was bent up and the housing was cracked. I'm sure you guessed it was RPP amusement park. The pole was down for awhile in the corner of the grassy parking lot. If it's there when I return, I get pics. The ballast was rusted through so i didn't take it.
There's no such a thng as a MV cram lamp from my knowlege....plus...its actually kinda easier than you think....you have to look carefully....the M-250 has LOOOONG socket inside....
Most likely a utlity wouldn't use a Plusrite anyway...its one of the worst quality lamps out there.... plus if it was 175 or 250 watt...it would be centered in the reflector because of longer socket....and yes you'll be able to see through glass....you need an experienced eye...like me! If it was a cram lamp MV....it would totally be off centered on the reflector
