MH cobras are pretty rare in Toronto too, as far as I know only a few streets use them.

Streets (except for Bloor) in the downtown core use MH.

I find it interesting how 250w MH lamps seem to be common in medium-sized cobraheads, but 250w HPS lamps are more common in smaller fixtures.
