is this HPS or MV? Looks NOS?
Mercuryvapor123   [Sep 11, 2013 at 10:25 PM]
Its MV and I ordered this through a distributor back in 2001 It originaly was 175 watt with the PBP optical (the larger one) and then I ordered a R.P replacement ballast and door from Surplus City about a year ago and at the moment its 400 watt MV. I only had it installed for about 2 months and decided to change fixtures on my pole......You know me. Laughing

LOL I see. 400W with that reflector? must get HOT! I personally don't know why they offer plastic lenses for power brackets, highbays, and lowbays. IMO it should be glass...

Yeah, I don't think the PowrBrackets have plastic lenses even though they go up to 400w.
Mercuryvapor123   [Sep 11, 2013 at 11:04 PM]
Yes they do the PBS (smaller lens) is for 175 watts and below and the PBP (larger lens) is for 250-400 watts both are plastic. and I won't put a 400 watt lamp in with the SKYGARD it won't fit it hangs out the bottom about 4 inches, I bet it would get extremely hot problebly melt. Laughing
