Got this Glo Fish 10w blue CFL on clearance from Walmart for $3.50, and once I opened the box, the bulb came broken! >:-( Damn it! Might as well throw it in the trash, and probably find another one that's not broken.
You can return clearance items. I used to work at the Service desk at walmart (before switching positions) so as long as you bought it less than 90 days ago and still have the receipt, you will be return it to any store. I have had people return things like this to me all the time, it's not a big deal, and it's 3 dollars, they won't overlook it, they shouldn't.
