Pretty Cool Cobra....i Wish they'd install more of these hubbel's in Texas....but i don't see many of them anywhere...makes me wonder if Hubbel Gets many orders at all!
These are everywhere in Kentucky. I have seen a few in Colorado too. Like in Pueblo they have some drop lens ones. And along 25.
But in the mountains they have tons of FCO's. Just not around where i Live, you have to go farther back on 285 then go like toward durango and these are EVERYEHERE. But RLC (FCO version)
I prefer MV...but.......if the ballast wasn't orginal....then I would switch or whatever.....but if its orignal...I leave alone.....however....here's an advantage...because this hubbell is a powerdoor...and if I owned it....I would get a new empty door to attach a MV ballast and switch anytime I wanted!
jace i was reffering to Wiring the Ballast output of a Mercury Fixture to the Socket of the HPS Fixture via a Sufficent Gauge and Length Wire.....i'll also add Hubbell's are too Rare down here...id like to see alot more of them.
There aren't too many hubbells here either.....I find more of them in private area parking lots than in streets.....pretty much like Revere cobraheads.
This has the same kind of hinge the AE 115's and 125's have! Just the door doesn't have those little things on the hinge to stop it from falling or something.

But other than that, the hinge is the same!
