That's just a couple pieces of cardboard,it must have been part of some kind of label.

Did any of the Cooper OVD's have the House-side Socket with westinghouse reflector? Or were they all street-side sockets?

no. All the OVD/Y/F had this style reflector. I don't think the Westinghouse reflectors are flat enough for the low profile OVD/Y/F housing.

I think those two piece of cardboard on the slipfitter clamp used to be part of a cardboard cover that went from the reflector to the slipfitter. I believe Niall has a picture of a R47 with the full cover on. I think Canadian code requires them for some reason but most I've seen get up getting cut off.
