No they used the same reflector. Yours is different because it was a later one. this one's from 1974. At that time they used the same reflector. As of 1977 they used the same reflector too. Around 1980 they came out with the bumpy FCO-only reflector.
And FCO refers to the light cut off, no light over 90 degrees, so any light without the refractor is technically FCO. All I need is the FCO glass and it'll be FCO but these look better in drop lens anyways. There's one of these (100W MV) on my grandparents' street with a FCO glass but it's supposed to be drop lens. When they relamped it years ago they probably replaced the yellowed plastic lens with an FCO drop glass. They'll use any lens they have on the truck. They must save refractors from random removed fixtures. When they get low they probably just go and take the refractors off of the light at the top of the heap lol.
