I've noticed your area uses a lot of framing on traffic lights...we do have some with frames but not many though....usually they don't install them around here with frames.

Denver has lots of traffic lights with frames, only a few don't have any.

I think they look better with a frame though. lol

The Frames are used mostly on Newer installations,especially state installed lights...some older ones dont have them at all,i agree they do look better.
