Sadly the ones in my town (HPS) are being removed as they fail and being replaced with LED fixtures, but there are still a few left. I'm sure the linemen have forgotten how heavy these are when they remove them. The one in my garage has its ballast remotely mounted as I didn't want to stress the mounting arm and post any more than it already would be with the long fixture and its heavy refractor at the end.
