Robertson Twin PL26 Ballast
Found this interesting little ballast at Restore. It runs two preheat PL-26 Quad lamps in series. It has a 405v OCV to ensure both lamps start. Would probably made for some interesting EOL experiments if you shunt for single lamp and try other lamps.
