Looks like it needs a new pole. This one is starting to chip. Maybe you'll end up with another M-400R2

This is all to common here, the signal bolt supported tapered elliptical arm will dig into the wooden pole so that it sags, of course this type of arm is designed more for metal and concrete poles, the wooden ones have a larger mounting plate.
