Traffic signal with a Test? LED fixture.
The LED fixture is the same kind found HERE in Joe's gallery.

A Lumec Roadstar.

There are 4 of these at this intersection, and there are like 4 or 5 intersections like this. Formerly there were M-400R3's at these intersection, but sadly they were replaced with LED's.

Once they die I'm sure HPS will go back up...

Well actually some LED fixtures have REPLACEABLE parts, yes sir! Some has replaceable plates, or strips or whatever it is called....also some actually has replaceable drivers!

I know that Jace, but since its test fixture I doubt they would repair it.

Well my area also has test fixtures, and they also have been repaired too.....see here

I already did see that Jace, luckily we have none here, it seems we will go CMH next Very Happy

Or ICETRONS! (they do pretty well around here) (and yes I know you HATE NON-HID fixtures)

I am not even sure they are test fixtures. They might be since they are on the outskirts of Denver in Parker. That's why I guess it is.
