Took this today, Halloween. This is at the Rest area/Texas Welcome center by Durant, Oklahoma and Dennison, Texas across the red river. The rest area consisted of mostly Hubbel RLG's, but there were a handful of these 250w OVWs at the welcome rest area as well.
