Holophane missing it's refractor. Yup, same light that the other guy took, but in better quality, except.. It was storming outside. xD So I took the pic in the rain. I was hearing thunder while taking this. xD Anyway, looks MV, it was wobbling a lot in the wind. @streetlight98 I assumed the building was closed because it (and the nearby parking lot sure looks like it) but in LilCinnamon's picture here I see lights on inside...
