9kV NST not even mounted in a box, looks like it's been here a while, the only good thing is the secondary ground fault will trip if it shorts out to ground , its up in a soffit area
At least they grounded it lol. Not that it makes this acceptable. The guy who did this should get fired since this is a potential safety hazard. Yeah, I don't think it's an urgent matter but there's always the "what if".
All it takes is something small to happen and thats that. I'd probably call up the contractor again. Electrical hazards aren't something to play with
