Copper thieves

This is busy being stripped by copper thieves. As a note it, along with a whole lot of other poles being stripped by the criminal subbies ( they often are using a Metro bucket truck to do this during the day), are right next to the local house where the state president lives, the road alongside the house is busy being stripped, even though there are 24 hour armed guards there. This one is right next to the entrance of an office park, with 24 hour security not even 5 steps away.
