Toshiba Exit Sign
Here's a Toshiba exit sign intended for the Japanese market. At around 6" x 6" this is the smallest model they had. There was a 8" x 8" and a 12 x 12" model for larger areas. Anyway this is a newer LED version that's backlit using two LEDs from the top.

Note the integrated driver and battery backup unit rated for 2 hours and the red jumper, I believe that's to allow for the sign to be switched
