Looks to be from the 80s....they often "die" by just being nearly impossible to start but still "possible" to start.....I have BT 175 watters doing that

Update, it now works! We did the gull trick on it (ran it on a 250w mh ballast for a few minutes). Now, lights up and is nicely greened out, will look awesome in my M100!

Well, it didnt start in Daves M100 but started on another ballast.

don't forget Dave's M-100 is a HX and your M-100 is a CWI...

That other ballast the lamp started on is also a HX. A GE HX unit similar to the one in the M100.
