I have seen highmasts with Mongoose fixtures angled towards the highway in Georgia! With that Mongoose setup on highmast, makes them look like crabs LOL....I have pics...somewhere....

no. the high lights in the photo are only 1 year old. I just got the ballast and is comeing in the mail. the part that holds the light I found on a site for a good deal. the ballat /can was $90 the outher parts are $200.
