F96T12 Slimline Strip Light at Lowe's

Earlier today, I saw this slimline fluorescent strip light at Lowe's while my dad and I were there shopping for supplies for our garage remodel. This fixture was in the doors section. This is an 8 ft fixture that uses two F96T12 lamps. The lamps that were in the fixture were Sep. 2004 Philips F96T12/CW/EWs, and they had tube guards on them to prevent them from shattering if something bumped into them. The ballast was magnetic instant-start. The fixture did have an information tag on it, but I can't make out the manufacturer. It is definitely from the 80s or 90s with the blue oval UL sticker.
