As you see, the 115 KV circuit goes along to the west, going onto those big lattice towers, and the 240 KV circuit goes to the east.
The 115 KV lattice tower there on the left has some lose insulators wrapped against the tower, as the de-energized wires just dead ends right there, and the energized wires go underneath the 240 KV circuit wires to a single wooden pole directing the circuit to the big lattice tower in the middle, and directing it to the west, going along with the big lattice towers made for dual 240 KV circuits. (So one side is a 240 KV circuit and the other side is a 115 KV circuit, if you understand what I mean)
