Wisconsin NEW traffic signal setup. OVS 200w HPS

Here is a view of an OVS 200 watts HPS fixture closeup plus just a scenic view of the road around. COOOLD down here these days, so I was freezing when I tool these pictures. You can see the snow and all the salt residue on the roads. Wisconsin is an interesting place compared to others, signs are weird, traffic setups are weird.. At least compared to what I am used to. This one is a normal setup cause it's new, they didn't do things like this before. I wonder how new this is by the way...
