Flashing beacon arm with OVW

This one is in Wheeler, Texas (in the panhandle) where seeing anything HID maintained by TxDOT is next to none. (at least on the I-40 Corridor, the only HID lights especially OVW's I know of along I-40 is along Texas SH 152 going to Wheeler after crossing in from Oklahoma. a total of three, as everything else has been converted to LED already. (the city maintained lights are all still HID thankfully but they are all like normal M-250's or 115's or M-400 (not original)s and stuff like that)

I don't believe this specific fixture is working cause the rest of the lights on the intersection on the other poles dayburn but this one.
