There was one MV L-250 in Shaler Township PA, and unfortunately it was replaced in 2010.

The fualty thing with these NEMA tags is that they were metallic tags with blue tones to them. Over time the tags lost their blue hue as did the HPS tags loose there gold hue. Thus, it's almost impossible to tell the difference between MV and HPS Crouse-Hinds tags.
