Hah, I've been to this mall before. And yeah most of the lights got swapped to LEDs. There's a Restore in this mall, next to where the Dollarama sign is.

Oh right on! I wonder if the ReStore at this mall has any good lighting items.

I've been there a few times, unforutnately it dosen't seem to get any interesting lighting and I find it to be fairly overpriced compared to other GTA Restores.
