I still remember when these were about the only decorative energy saving solution for the candle lamps. I know LED can be a bit polarizing but the LED filament lamps in this form factor blow all the other energy saving subsitutes away IMO.

Yes the LED filament lamps are a very good substitutes.

Not really much of a CFL fan, but these are a nice little lamp Smile
I also agree with what you guys have said about the LED filament lamps.
(though good old incandescent would still be my top choice, if not worried about energy saving...)

Philips used to produce similar light bulbs, but now they are slowly disappearing.
