Newly Restored R37!
I drilled out the broken screw this evening and painted the top housing (I don't waste any time when I'm restoring lights lol). Still needs a few odds and ends but overall the restoration is complete!

Things it still needs:
- Photocell socket (will order soon)
- New socket bracket with dome shaped gasket
- Correct glass refractor (gonna do my best on that one. In the mean time this polycarbonate ITT lens will do the trick...)

Nice job! I believe the plastic drop lens you have in the pic is also the OEM plastic refractor for the small Powerlites.

Thanks! Yep this is the correct refractor (they actually had these lenses in service, but acrylic and not ITT branded lol). I'm warming up to the Lexalite lens on this but still want to find a glass for this.

You got a Toronto subway map in the background? What's the story there! Being from here I recognized it. It's like the world's smallest subway system in proportion to city size lol.

Yep I got that from Joe in 2014 when we briefly met up and traded some stuff. When I get my own place I might attempt to make a light box for it so it can be backlit as it's supposed to be.

Looks like the glass refractor that these used is the same as on the OV-15 and AEL 113 and 115. Maybe you could contact them and find out if you could buy just a refractor? The acrylic refractor on one of my 113's has a few large cracks and I was thinking of ordering a new one if it is possible.

Nope, this used the same glass as the Hubbell RMG, some newer Coopers, and the 60s and 70s AE lights. The glass is rounder than the current AEL refractor (and what Cooper primarily uses). This light looks too much like a Cooper fixture with the square glass lol. Laughing
